As part of our recent refurbishment and expansion, Bennetts Café and Bistro contracted Levitas Solutions Ltd to improve existing and implement new IT and Telephony solutions.
The reason we choose Levitas Solutions was three-fold, 1. They are local company. 2. We had heard they were an easy company to deal with and very responsive to all requests. 3. They were very competitively priced and promised that they could save us money on our monthly outgoings.
One of the main problems we had before the expansion of the Café and Bistro was accessing the internet, which was unreliable and slow, on inspection Tony of Levitas informed us we had two broadband connections, one ADSL and one Fibre, neither were giving the bandwidth we needed.
Levitas suggested that we install a new Fibre connection and insisted that the new provider replaced all the cabling from the cabinet outside the premises all the way through to the new install location in the Café Bistro. We now have internet access that is reliable, has the bandwidth to meet all our needs and costs less. The old connections were uninstalled and cancelled.
As the Café Bistro is located on a working farm, structured CAT5e cabling was installed throughout and a new Wireless network was implemented to provide internet access for the Café Bistro, its customers and all areas of the farm including the owners residence.
Our CCTV system has been replaced using the existing cameras to keep cost down and adding additional cameras to cover the whole farm, our sound system was also extended into the new part of the Café Bistro.
Levitas Solutions also suggested that we replace our old on-site phone system which was costing a considerable amount each month in maintenance and call charges. A fixed price cloud solution has been installed that includes free landline and mobile calls. The new system was configured exactly how we asked and been changed a few times since to make it even more customer friendly.
Since reopening after lock-down and with the Governments Eat out To Help Out scheme we have been amazed how supportive our customer, new and old have been. So much so we were having problems keeping track of reservations and having the time and staff to answer the phone during very busy times. On mentioning our concerns to Tony at Levitas, he modified the phone system to help with the flow of calls and found and implemented a table reservation system that allowed online reservations. Not only has this made life a lot easier, our customers like it, our staff like it and best of all it was free. Also, now that the Eat Out to Help Out scheme has ended; we have more customer dining with us than ever before.
I would highly recommend Levitas Solutions to anybody.
